Red runner vs Dubia roaches? 
- Compared to dubias, red runners breed more frequently. Nevertheless, if enough red runners manage to get out (one pregnant female may cause a nightmare), they could become a problem, whereas dubias are typically not a problem at all so we recommend Dubia roaches!
